Our Director is on site to take care of all the staff needs and meet the needs of the particpants. She has lots of knowledge and understanding for the aging and disabled population, the ability to design personalized care plans for the participants. She will supervise the staff, establish policy procedure and safety guidelines for all programs withinn the center. Most of all she will greet you with a smile.
Next on our team is the Coordinator: Much like the Director she too, is in charge of an array of the particpant's care needs. Serveing as our Assist Director when the Director is absent. Planning is also a major role, she will be responsible for the participant's activities that are conducted while in our care. Therapeutic activates such as conducting orientation activites, introduce new games as appropriate. Word games, music therapy could also be included in an activities plan, But most of all, she will coordinate and facilitate resources availbale to you and your family member, within the community and with other public agencies.
Then we have the Human Resource Coordinator who is primarily responsible for the continuing education of our staff and making sure that we receive all the cutting edge information and revelvent knowledge, in the geriatric field. She will also provide support and guidance to departments and managers in their efforts to attract and develop good employees, this is to ensure that we hire nothing but the best when it comes to bringing people to the team that will help your love one thrive at his/her own best.
Finnally, Our participant aides are invaluable, they are the people that will work directly with the participants and make sure that most of the their needs are met. They will only be assigned to 6-8 participants in a day this is to make certain that they don't get overwhelmed by the care of many, they will observe participants conditions, provide a monthly progress notes, monitor medications and lots of other tasks to ensure that your loved one is safe.
The entire team are fingerprinted with the State Beau of investigations and are CPR/ First Aide certified as well as Certified Nursing Assistants, We take pride in our accomplishments that qualify us to serve the particpants, we hope that you too are equally proud.
